Selected approaches to political social involvement

The article reviews theoretical approaches to political social involvement that help better understand the phenomenon in question but have not been discussed in the relevant Polish literature. Based on this, the author proposes a model of social engagement that integrates the existent theories. It is claimed that the non-profit social involvement is a significant predictor of well-being among members of various social groups. peerReviewed publishedVersion
