Whole-genome sequencing of semi-supercentenarians

Aggregated data for 81 semi-supercentenarians (105 and 110 years old) and for 36 controls were reported. The detailed description of the cohort is reported in Materials and Methods of the paper Garagnani et al 2021 ("Whole-genome sequencing analysis of semi-supercetenarians"). Allele frequency is reported for 5,511,852 variants (MAF>0.05) and after the quality filters reported in the paper.Each position is reported with the indication of chromosome (CHR) and genomic position in GRCh37 (POS).
