Replication Data for: CoxRF: An employee turnover prediction method based on survival analysis

There are 3 datasets. The first dataset is from one of the largest online professional social platform in China, including 291724 user information, 459177 work experiences and 243128 education experiences. The second dataset is the survival data which is acquired by cleaning dataset 1 and used to study employee turnover prediction poblem. The third dataset is from other source like WorldBank and Chinese Education Department to help extract features in dataset 2. To be specific, 985211 school ranking, GDP growth annual(%), profession name in different industry.
