Model evaluation MLP NN and SVM classification (sklearn library)

Numerous functions were available in the construction of Multi-Layer Perceptron Neural Network algorithms. Stochastic learning helps in evaluating the MLP NN model based on the datasets. An efficient MLP NN model must had least loss function and high training score. On the other hand, k-fold cross-validation was applied in evaluating SVM model.
