These datasets contain the raw data and forcefield and configuration files associated with the figures in the manuscript: Interactions of POPC liposomes with graphene investigated by quartz crystal microbalance and all-atom molecular dynamics simulations. The "Raw data of the figures" spreadsheet contains the data for Figure 2-3, Table S2, Figure S1-S7 and Figure S15-S18, separated in a sheet per Figure. The .jpk files of the AFM images used for Figure 3A and 3C, and shown in Figure S9-S14, are contained in the folders "AFM images of Fig. SN.zip" (N=9-14).
