Soil quality of Finnish arable land, 1974 - 1998

The monitoring of Finnish arable land began in 1974 with the collection of soil samples from 2000 field plots throughout the cultivated area. In 1987, 1320 sites of the same fields were resampled. In 1998, 705 fields were sampled for a third time. Methods were kept unaltered since the beginning. The samples were analysed for organic C, volume weight, pH, P, K, Ca, S, Mg, Al, B, Cd, Co, Cr, Cu, Fe, Mn, Mo, Se and Zn. The methods have been described in the following publications:

芬兰耕地监测工作始于1974年，研究人员在全国耕作区域内的2000个样地采集土壤样本。1987年，对其中1320个对应田块的点位进行了重新采样。1998年，又针对705块农田开展了第三次采样。自项目启动以来，监测方法始终未作调整。

本次采集的土壤样本针对以下指标开展分析：有机碳（organic C）、容重（volume weight）、pH值、磷（P）、钾（K）、钙（Ca）、硫（S）、镁（Mg）、铝（Al）、硼（B）、镉（Cd）、钴（Co）、铬（Cr）、铜（Cu）、铁（Fe）、锰（Mn）、钼（Mo）、硒（Se）以及锌（Zn）。
