Citrus aurantium L. and Magnolia officinalis Rehder & E.H.Wilson gut metagenome

This study was purposed to reveal the therapeutic effects of the herbal combination of Citrus aurantium L. and Magnolia officinalis Rehder & E.H.Wilson on loperamide-induced STC mice and to explore the potential mechanism of action in the treatment of STC. Cecal contents of mice were obtained for 16S rRNA gene-based microbial community analysis.
