Data for PhD titled 'Data-driven models and trait-oriented experiments of aquatic macrophytes to support freshwater management'

Short description The data in this folder have been used as a basis for the PhD project titled 'Data-driven models and trait-oriented experiments of aquatic macrophytes to support freshwater management'. The main data (for Chapters 5-7) originated from the Limnodata Neerlandica (https://www.gbif.org/dataset/37f48e00-1fe8-11dc-b461-b8a03c50a862) (Knoben & van der Wal, 2015). Additional data (for Chapters 8-9) originated from specific lab experiments at Ghent University. Here, only the most essential data has been provided and temporary or processed data files have been omitted. These (and the associated graphs) can be recreated by running the scripts that are provided on GitHub (available via https://github.com/wvechelp/PHDReleases).
