"This tool shows the metastable behavior of a Schmitt Trigger. In general, this behavior is rather complicated, so a visualization and the possibility to alter the respective parameters helps massively to get a better intuition. It shows the stable and metastable lines and the output derivative in all regions, highlighting the tendency towards metastability of a specific implementation.This tool enables the user to explore this topic but also to export the generated data and compare them to actual measurements or more precise simulations. The fact that it is just a minimal Python script results in very few dependencies and thus a very easy start. "
