RNA-seq of immortalized human podocytes treated with calcineurin inhibitors

Human podocytes were treated with 100 nM of thecalcineurin inhibitors cyclosporine A, tacrolimus, or voclosporin. RNA-sequencing was performed to measure gene expression changes relative to DMSO-treated control samples. Overall design: Differentiated immortalized human podocytes were treated with 100 nM of either cyclosporine A (CSA), tacrolimus (TAC), voclosporin (VCS), or DMSO control. RNA was isolated 24 hours after treatment, and RNA-seq was performed with 3 replicates for each condition.
