Communication Approaches to Foster Inter-Organizational R&D Projects Performance

Databank was built based on contacts of R&D professionals met in International Conferences between 2015 and 2017, more specifically at World Open Innovation Conference in Santa Clara, CA, USA, in December 2015 and at ISPIM (International Society for Professional Innovation Management) Innovation Conference in Vienna, Austria in June 2017; on a databank of pharmaceutical companies registered in Brazil and from personal contacts of the authors of R&D professionals in multinational companies in Brazil. The survey was conducted internationally with R&D professionals from multiple industries. From 335 e-mails sent (Survey Monkey System), the survey received 66 answers. After excluding all observations with relevant missing data and suspicious response patterns, we ended up with 51 projects.
