Dataset: Exploring science teachers' acceptance and requirements towards learning Apps in the digital age: A TAM-based study using semi-structured interviews

This study explores Austrian teachers' perspectives (N=14) on integrating Educational technology (EdTech), especially learning apps, in science education. Fourteen teachers were interviewed using a semi-structured approach, categorized into experienced, enthusiastic, and cautious groups. The interview guide, based on the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM), focused on four areas: prior experiences, integration strategies, app usage, and teacher support needs.
