Investigation Of The Effect Of Berberine On Memory And Learning In Aged Rats Undergoing Sevoflurane Anesthesia

This dataset contains the complete raw behavioral and molecular data used in the study entitled “Investigation of the Effects of Berberine on Memory and Learning in Aged Rats Undergoing Sevoflurane Anesthesia”. The dataset includes:1) Raw qPCR data of miRNA and BDNF expression levels obtained from hippocampus, frontal lobe, and serum samples (file: qPCR_miRNA_BDNF_All_Tissues_RawData.xlsx),2) Raw behavioral data from the Novel Object Recognition Test (file: Behavioral_Object_Recognition_RawData.xlsx),3) Raw behavioral data from the Elevated Plus Maze Test (file: Elevated_Plus_Maze_RawData.xlsx). All data were collected from aged rats subjected to sevoflurane anesthesia with or without berberine treatment. All personal and laboratory identifiers were completely removed prior to upload to ensure ethical compliance and data anonymity. The dataset is provided to promote transparency, reproducibility, and further research use.
