Virtually imaged phased array spectrometer for the red band

A VIPA spectrometer, which can be used for red spectrum measurement, was developed using quartz VIPA in the 60 GHz free spectrum region (FSR). At 100 μ A high spectral resolution spectral image with a single measurement spectral width of 3.1 nm and a 2.0 PM (1.5 GHz) was obtained at a time resolution of 1 s. continuous testing of the spot of the He Ne light source showed that the spectral shift was less than 0.50 PM. This data set contains the spot images and processing results of He Ne spot and multimode laser under the same state of the instrument.
