3、数据加工:计算充电桩效能指数(EPI)=[(a1*近十日高峰电量N1 + a2*近十日尖峰电量N2 + a3*近十日低估电量N3 + a4*近十日平段电量N4)*近十日订单数量P]/ 充电桩数量M * 1/1000,其中a1,a2,a3,a4为权重,如均为25%,满足a1+a2+a3+a4=1。
4、数据应用:通过计算并分析某一充电桩站点的效能指数(EPI),EPI大于1000为充分利用等级;在200~1000间为普通利用等级;小于200为低利用等级。
By analyzing the power consumption and order volume data of charging piles in Lanxi City, the real-time operational status of each charging pile can be grasped, and thus the operational efficiency of each charging pile can be understood. The relevant data can be applied in the following two aspects:
1. Charging Pile Site Planning: Provide optimized decision-making support for charging pile enterprises in their station layout, so as to improve the coverage of charging facilities.
2. Optimization of Charging Subsidies and Electricity Policies: Improve the charging fee policies for new energy vehicles based on the usage data and efficiency analysis of charging piles, so as to promote the development of the new energy vehicle industry.
Specific implementation steps are as follows:
1. Data Collection: Collect information such as charging pile order data, charging gun data, and energy consumption data from Lanxi Changfeng Company.
2. Data Preprocessing: Summarize, classify and clean the collected data according to the charging pile dimension, and count the order data to form a processable data set.
3. Data Calculation: Calculate the Charging Pile Efficiency Index (EPI) = [(a1*N1 of peak power in the past 10 days + a2*N2 of sharp peak power in the past 10 days + a3*N3 of valley (low-price) power in the past 10 days + a4*N4 of flat-rate power in the past 10 days) * P (order quantity in the past 10 days)] / M (number of charging piles) * 1/1000, where a1, a2, a3, a4 are weight coefficients, for example, all set to 25% with the constraint that a1+a2+a3+a4=1.
4. Data Application: Classify the charging pile station by calculating and analyzing its efficiency index (EPI): stations with EPI greater than 1000 are classified as Fully Utilized Grade; those with EPI between 200 and 1000 (inclusive) are classified as General Utilized Grade; those with EPI less than 200 are classified as Low Utilized Grade.
