Auanema rhodensis genome and genetic map

This project contains the pair-end (PE) and mate-pair (MP) raw reads from Auanema rhodensis inbred strain APS4 used to assemble its genome. Annotation of the genomic scaffolds is also provided. It also contains the RAD-seq data from 95 F2-derived Advanced Intercross Lines obtained from original crosses between the parental inbred lines APS4 and APS6. This RAD-seq data was used to build a genetic map with 7 linkage groups (presumably the 7 chromosomes of A. rhodensis). The genomic scaffolds (from the assembled PE and MP data) were anchored to the genetic map to construct draft sequences of each linkage group. The correspondence between scaffolds and linkage group is provided in an AGP file.
