Real-time data of monitoring points is collected via dissolved oxygen sensors, which reflects the basic status of the marine ecological environment, evaluates the health status of marine biological communities, provides timely early warning for environmental pollution, and offers data support for large yellow croaker farming platforms, marine big data service platforms and other relevant systems. 1. Calibration: Before collecting dissolved oxygen data, calibration of the buoy's sensors is required to ensure data accuracy. 2. Data Acquisition: The dissolved oxygen content in seawater is measured by utilizing the effect of oxygen molecules on fluorescence and their difference in absorbance. Dissolved oxygen data of seawater is collected regularly and transmitted to ground stations or satellites. 3. Preprocessing: After receiving the dissolved oxygen data, CRC check is conducted to improve the reliability and stability of the data. 4. Data Conversion: Since dissolved oxygen levels are related to dissolved oxygen concentration in seawater, a combined correction formula incorporating temperature and altitude is used to calculate dissolved oxygen saturation. Then, based on the relationship between dissolved oxygen saturation and dissolved oxygen content, the dissolved oxygen content is converted into dissolved oxygen levels via a dedicated formula. 5.
