Simulated areal fraction, gross primary productivity, and leaf area index of peatland plant functional types (PFTs) using the ORCHIDEE-PEAT land surface model. Variables in each file include:VEGET_COV_MAX: areal fraction (per unit of total grid-cell area) of peatland plant functional types (PFTs);GPP: gross primary productivity of peatland PFTs;LAI: leaf area index of peatland PFTs. The peatland PFTs include veget16-C3 graminoids (sedges and grasses), veget17-bryophytes (mosses), veget18-boreal broadleaf deciduous shrubs, veget19-boreal needleleaf evergreen trees, veget20-tropical evergreen trees, and veget21-tropical raingreen trees.
