To demonstrate LN-TCV with NIR laser irradiation could induce strong immune response, PBS and LN-TCV were subcutaneously injected into the back of mice. Then the mice in the treatment of LN-TCV+L and LN-TCV+2L were received NIR laser irradiation at various day. After that, the lymph nodes from different treatments were collected and used for CDR3 sequencing analysis.
