For all markers consisting of 4–16 individuals(as described in 2.2.1) were analyzed. Three separate experiments were analyzed. Initial total RNA was 1 ng.1. ++ means dCt4000 RFU; + means 10≤dCt≤20, peak height 500≤RFU≤4000;(+) means 2023, peak height 2. m = adult male; f = female;3. (Percentage) indicated the percentage of individuals showed positive or negative results of the marker in the tested body fluids or tissues;4. ‘+’ or ‘−’ means 100% positive or negative for that marker.
