Nuclear Acly protects liver from ischemia-reperfusion injury

We examine the RNA profile of WT and Alb-cre:Aclyf/f liver in both Sham and IR condition. We also analyze the changes of Acly, H3K27ac, and H3K9ac level in primary hepatocytes in normoxia and HR condition. For RNA seq, mouse liver from WT and Alb-cre:Aclyf/f mice were subjected to Sham or IR surgery. After 24 hours, liver tissue from broader zone were collected for RNA-seq analysis. For Cut-Run seq, primary hepatocytes were isolated from WT and Alb-cre:Aclyf/f mice, after 24 hours, primary hepatocytes were then cultured in normaixa and hypoxia-reperfusion condition. The hepatocytes were then collected for Cut&run assay using CST cut&run assay kit.
