Reference genome assembly for Infravec Anopheles atroparvus EBRE strain assembly

Reference genome assembly for the Infravec Anopheles atroparvus EBRE reference strain. This strain is available as biological resource for distribution via the Infravec product catalog (https://infravec2.eu/). The reference strain was generated from PacBio sequencing of a pool of mosquitoes, and originally assembled using Canu and haplomerger for haplotype reduction. A second round assembly using fresh material was sequenced using PacBio HIFI and assembled using hifiasm to produce both primary and alternate haplotype genome assemblies.
