Targeted enrichment of metazoan USCO loci of Pachypus beetles

For this study, metazoan level Universal Single-Copy Orthologs (USCOs) of the Central Mediterranean scarabaeid beetle genus Pachypus were sequenced by targeted enrichment. Pachypus is unusual in that it has burrowing flightless females, which leads to a strongly subdivided population structure. These data are used for detailed analyses on the phylogeny, taxonomy, population genetics, and biogeographic history of Pachypus.
