Closed Call for Bids - NL16-CFB03

Parcels will be offered in a Call for Bids from which licences will be issued to successful bidders. Each parcel is composed of sections of grid areas which are defined in the Canada Oil and Gas Regulations. In the Canada-Newfoundland and Labrador Offshore Area, the maximum allowable parcel size is 800 sections with the only exception being parcels within the Jeanne d’Arc region, which cannot exceed 400 sections.本次招标将发售相关油气区块，中标者将获得相应作业许可。每个区块均由《加拿大油气法规》（Canada Oil and Gas Regulations）中定义的网格区域单元组成。在加拿大-纽芬兰与拉布拉多近海油气区内，单区块最大允许规模为800个网格单元；唯一例外为让娜-达克油气区（Jeanne d’Arc）内的区块，其规模不得超过400个网格单元。
