Bacterial, fungal, archaea and protist communities in maize rhizosphere soil under different nitrogen application levels and inoculation conditions

In this study, under the conditions of no nitrogen application(N0), reduced nitrogen application(N1), conventional nitrogen application(N2) and no addition(CK), Azospirillum brasilense and Herbaspirillum frisingense addition(AH), Azospirillum brasilense, Herbaspirillum frisingense and arbuscular mycorrhizal fungi addition(AHA),the structural changes of microbiomes (bacteria, fungi, archaea, protists) of maize rhizosphere soil in a pot experiment.
