The high-throughput sequencing of two phylogenetic markers (V3-V4 regions of the16S rRNA gene and ITS2 region) was used to evaluate the structure of the microbialcommunity associated with pea seeds. The pea seeds were taken from six storagecooperatives in three different countries (France, Sweden and Canada).
