The General Services Administration, Northeast and Caribbean Region, retained the services of the Engineering Division of the US Army Corps of Engineers, St. Louis District (SLD), to assess the condition of the archaeological collections from non-burial contexts of the Foley Square Project. In addition, SLD was asked to perform an architectural assessment of a facility proposed by the South Street Seaport Museum as a curation facility for the collection. The current report reviews the findings and recommendations for both tasks.
