This zip file contains the data used to validate Haplosaurus. It contains a directory for each test gene in which there is the original GTF file and its Tabix index, the original FASTA file, a log file describing each applied test case and two directories: "hap" which contains a FASTA and GFF file per generated haplotype and "vcf" which contains a Tabix indexed VCF file per test case.
