We identified oppositely responsive TFs during ripening which are potentially key signaling factors of ET- or 1-MCP-mediated physiological changes. Overall design: Control (untreated) and ET or 1-MCP treated fruits of the green kiwifruit “Hayward” for RNA-seq analysis were harvested at 0, 3, 5, and 7 days after treatment.
