资源简介:
Lactobacilli are commonly found in the urine of healthy women, hinting at a possible protective role in the female urinary tract. Recurrent urinary tract infections (rUTIs) are often associated with microbial dysbiosis in the bladder, involving depletion of lactobacilli. Here, we report the complete genome sequences of several Lactobacillus spp. isolated from the urine of postmenopausal women with different histories of rUTI.
