The EMSeek dataset is an image dataset supporting the research on integrating electron microscopy with materials analysis using an autonomous agentic platform. It contains atomic-resolution and nanoscale transmission electron microscopy images for training and evaluating agents on segmentation, detection, and reasoning in various material tasks. The dataset is divided into several task types including atomic column segmentation, atomic defect identification, metal alloy defects, nanoparticle analysis, and single-atom catalysts (reserved for future releases), each with corresponding images and annotation files.
