SNX2_mutants_cell_measurements

Cell measurements extracted from imaging data from cells expressing the SNX2 mutants. The first columns describe the metadata (ImageNumber, ObjectNumber (cell) in image etc.). Key metadata columns are the 'Construct' that describes mCherry-SNX2 mutant construct expressed by the cell.The construct names follow the pattern of '+EX: EIRE|EIEq|W', where '+EX:' indicates the mutations are in the isoform +EX (with the 4 residue microexon), and the subsequent residues indicate the actual amino acid sequence of the exon and flanking residues (4 proceeding residues, and 1 downstream residue). The mutated residues are marked in lower case. | indicates exon-exon junction.The TRANSFECTED column indicates whether the cell was classified as positively expressing an mCherry fusion or not.
