通过整理、分析该区域近6年进行交易的企业的企业名称、成立年限、注册资本、各类型知识产权成交量、成交金额等数据，确定企业评级，将企业评级为A级或B级或C级，评级得分可以反映企业的知识产权运营状况，A级企业为一流企业可每月1至2次与企业沟通指导，B级企业为二流企业可每季度1至2次与企业沟通指导，C级企业为三流企业可每半年1至2次与企业沟通指导，本行业所有知识产权公司可为企业的知识产权管理提出合理建议，为企业的知识产权运营开发提供有价值的指导，以帮助该区域的企业进行知识产权战略制定和运用转化指导，提高知识产权运用转化效率。1.数据采集：通过公司签约订单的客户数据进行收集记录，与该杭州市区域内的企业运营情况进行调查统筹，对企业名称、成立年限、注册资本、各类型知识产权成交量、成交金额等数据进行采集。2.数据处理：计算得到各企业的综合得分=15*年限+注册资本+10*（发明成交金额/发明成交量+实用新型成交金额/实用新型成交量+外观设计成交金额/外观设计成交量+软著成交金额/软著成交量+商标成交金额/商标成交量），根据综合得分运用分类法，对综合得分≥700的，则给予A评级，如综合得分在400到700区间的，则给予B评级，对综合得分≤400的，则给予C评级。3.数据应用：根据各类企业的成交金额数据，确定企业评级，本行业所有知识产权公司可为企业的知识产权管理提出合理建议，为企业的知识产权运营开发提供有价值的指导，以帮助该区域的企业进行知识产权战略制定和运用转化指导，提高知识产权运用转化效率。

This dataset is developed by sorting and analyzing data including enterprise names, years since establishment, registered capital, transaction volume and transaction amount of various types of intellectual property (IP) of enterprises that completed transactions in this region over the past 6 years, to determine enterprise ratings (Grade A, Grade B, or Grade C). The rating score reflects the enterprise's IP operation status: Grade A enterprises are first-class enterprises, and shall receive communication and guidance 1 to 2 times per month; Grade B enterprises are second-class enterprises, and shall receive communication and guidance 1 to 2 times per quarter; Grade C enterprises are third-class enterprises, and shall receive communication and guidance 1 to 2 times semi-annually. All IP service firms in this industry can provide reasonable suggestions for enterprises' IP management, offer valuable guidance for their IP operation and development, assist enterprises in this region in formulating IP strategies and providing guidance on IP application and commercialization, thereby enhancing the efficiency of IP application and commercialization.

1. Data Collection: Data such as enterprise names, years since establishment, registered capital, transaction volume and transaction amount of various types of IP are collected by recording customer data from signed company orders, and conducting investigations and overall coordination of the business operations of enterprises within the Hangzhou region.

2. Data Processing: The comprehensive score of each enterprise is calculated as: Comprehensive Score = 15 * Years Since Establishment + Registered Capital + 10 * (Transaction Amount of Invention Patents / Transaction Volume of Invention Patents + Transaction Amount of Utility Model Patents / Transaction Volume of Utility Model Patents + Transaction Amount of Design Patents / Transaction Volume of Design Patents + Transaction Amount of Software Copyrights / Transaction Volume of Software Copyrights + Transaction Amount of Trademarks / Transaction Volume of Trademarks). Using the classification method, enterprises are graded as follows: Grade A for those with a comprehensive score ≥ 700, Grade B for those with a comprehensive score between 400 and 700, and Grade C for those with a comprehensive score ≤ 400.

3. Data Application: Enterprise ratings are determined based on the transaction amount data of various enterprises. All IP service firms in this industry can provide reasonable suggestions for enterprises' IP management, offer valuable guidance for their IP operation and development, assist enterprises in this region in formulating IP strategies and providing guidance on IP application and commercialization, thereby enhancing the efficiency of IP application and commercialization.
