Surface Microbiome Data of a Mega Hospital and its Surrounding Environments

We collected environmental swabs from the inpatient and outpatient departments of a large hospital, as well as from surrounding domestic waste treatment facilities, subway stations, and nearby university canteen, to investigate changes in microbial diversity.
