The present invention includes 40 to 80 wt.% of aramid fibrid, 10 to 50 wt.% of aramid pulp, and 10 to 50 wt.% of aramid shortcut, wherein the aramid pulp has a length of 0.5 to 6 mm and 15 to 85 It relates to an electrical insulating paper, which is a para-aramid pulp with Schopper Riegler.
