Raw dataset for 'Synovial inflammatory profiles in horses with and without systemic B. burgdorferi infection'

Excel spreadsheet with anonymized raw numerical values. One set of numerical Lyme Multiplex values (i.e., OSP A, C, and F) are available per horse; this assay was only performed once per horse. Numerical cytokine and chemokine multiplex results are included per sample (as 1-3 samples were collected per horse). The cytokine and chemokine assays were performed in duplicate per sample. Abbreviations: ND=not detected (i.e., below limit of detection); NR=not ran (i.e., insufficient sample volume).
