Expression profiles in wild-type and NuRD-deficient mouse neural precursors during development

Neural precursors were isolated by laser capture microdissection from the sub-ventricular zone of cryosectioned brains of 4 wild type and 4 Nestin-Cre Mbd3flox/flox mice at E12.5, E14.5 and E16.5通过激光捕获显微切割（laser capture microdissection）技术，从4只野生型（wild type）及4只Nestin-Cre Mbd3flox/flox小鼠的冷冻切片脑组织室下区（sub-ventricular zone）中分离神经前体细胞，取材时间为胚胎发育第12.5天、14.5天与16.5天。
