Analysis of different mouse CD8+T cell subset gene signatures in presence and absence of IL-17 signaling during LCMV CL13 infection

WT mice were infected with LCMV CL-13, and 100ug/ml anti-IL-17A or isotype control antibody (BioxCell) was administered on Day 0, 3 and 6.
