Methodology of SROC formation

<br>Success of any programme needs community takes initiative to access the available facilities and encourage the beneficiaries. Often it is is observed the programmes designed by the programmes are not beneficiary friendly as per their needs and not appealing to the community members. When we went to the community with a request to suggest a strategy for eradicating leprosy stigma in their locality the unanimous suggestion was to formulate village committee specifically for this work which is named as 'SROC-Stigma Reduction Organizing Committee'. The process of formulating, anatomy and physiology of the SROCs is documented in the provided document. <br>
