Probabilistic Markov Model to Estimate Survival following FEVAR versus Observation in Patients with High Perioperative Mortality and Limited Life Expectancy

We aimed to develop a probabilistic Markov model comparing patient survival following fenestrated endovascular aneurysm repair and observation of complex abdominal aortic aneurysms. We focused on patients with high perioperative mortality and limited life expectancy.

This repository contains:
1. An Excel file named "Model" with the probabilistic Markov model and its Visual Basic script (software code).
2. A word document named "Model Description" to guide the reader in interpreting and/or running the Markov model.
