The team’s will conduct research and literature reviews on existing agent-based scheduling models and to develop a proof of concept that demonstrates both the strengths and limitations of this approach. As part of this, a small-scale scheduling model will be created and compared against Dayforce’s current system to evaluate whether agent-based scheduling provides added value.
