Real joint lease

Since February 2022, the Île-de-France Region has been offering a support scheme for housing construction as part of the real solidarity lease (BRS). This device offers the possibility for modest Francilians to become owners of their homes thanks to a dissociation of land and building, and thus at purchase prices of 30 to 50 % lower than those of the conventional market.
