To explore the effect of CXCL10 on the immune microenvironment, we induced macrophages from thp1 cell line and treated macrophages with the addition of CXCL10 and their controls. The human leukemia monocytic cell line THP-1 were treated with PMA (100ng/ml) for 48h to differentiate THP-1 monocyte to macrophages. We add the recombinant human CXCL10 (100ng/mL) or the control solutions in the induced macrophages for 24h
