Genomic divergence underlying the sky-island radiation in a mountainous biodiversity hotspot Raw sequence reads

We resequenced genomes of multiple individuals for each species from its narrow distributions. We firstly determined the phylogenetic position of one tetraploid species based on the phylogenomic analyses. Then based on nuclear and chloroplast population genomic data, we used multiple approaches to investigate interspecific divergence and gene flow, speciation pattern and demographic history of five diploid species.
