Dataset of Instrumented Spinal Cord T1/T2-weighted MRI Scans

This dataset contains MRI scans of the instrumented spinal cord acquired using T1-weighted and T2-weighted MAVRIC SL sequences. The images were captured to assess spinal cord morphology and instrumentation-related artifacts. For each dataset, spinal cord and vertebral label segmentations are provided in the T2-weighted image space. T1-weighted images were registered to the T2-weighted images to allow for accurate alignment and segmentation analysis.
