List of genotypes of buccal, skin and cloaca swabs

This file is a supplement for the publication “Pros and cons of external swabbing of amphibians for genetic analysis” by Müller A., Lenhardt P. and Theissinger K (2013). The file shows the dataset and includes three tables. Two tables show all repetitions of each sample, each table for one multiplex set (Set 1: 66, 151, 130; Set 2: 82, 99, 160, 145, 129). The third table shows genotypes of all samples and all loci without repetitions.
The tables are compiled as follows: The first column contains the individual numbers and the second column contains the kind of swab sample (B: Buccal swab, S: Skin swab, C: Cloaca swab). From column three the alleles per loci are listed. Real genotypes are printed in bold, false alleles in red and allelic drop outs in blue.
