The objective is to understand how the transcriptome of dendritic cells changes after the uptake of ferroptotic cells. Overall design: Bone marrow derived dendritic cells (4 samples) and bone marrow derived dendritic cells co-cultured with ferroptotic Jurkats and futher sorted, so only dendritic cells that phagocitized the ferroptotic cells are subjected to the analysis.
