Simulated data for paper

<strong>Simulated data for the paper: Geographic redistribution of farmed salmonids may reduce salmon lice infestations and treatment frequency in a simulation study. The data is collected results from all the simulations produced in the study that lead to the paper. Note that these are not the raw data.
