This dataset documents mangrove plant community surveys covering mangrove forest regions across Hainan, Guangdong, Guangxi, Zhejiang, and Fujian Provinces, comprising 133 transects and 985 sampling plots. The dataset includes attributes such as province, survey location, survey transect, sampling plot ID, Chinese common name, Latin scientific name, crown width, basal stem circumference, diameter at breast height (DBH), plant height, longitude, latitude, survey date, collector, and reviewer. In total, the dataset contains 91,940 records.
