Interannual and Intraseasonal Effects of Drought and Heatwaves on Expanding Soybean Production Regions in Brazil (version 1)

This dataset provides a comprehensive collection of daily, monthly, and annual climate and soybean yield data across Brazilian municipalities, integrating information from weather stations, gridded datasets (BR-DWGD), and satellite observations. It includes processed variables such as temperature, precipitation, reference evapotranspiration, crop coefficients, crop evapotranspiration, water deficits, and observed yields, as well as pre-computed climate indices for both full-year and soybean-growing seasons. Accompanied by Python scripts for data cleaning, aggregation, and calculation of crop and climate metrics, the dataset enables full reproducibility of analyses, figures, and tables presented in the study.
